At Chinasky Films, we understand film, cultural management, and education as tools to transform lives, strengthen communities, and create real opportunities for artists, creators, and professionals in the audiovisual industry.
We create sociocultural projects that activate memory, territory, heritage, and training, with a clear mission: to contribute to the well-being of the artistic community, build lasting capacities, and help shape a stronger, more human, and sustainable cultural ecosystem.

Projects that Leave a Mark on the Territory

Usaquén Living Memory Museum (M.V.U.)
Winner of Más Cultura Local / Participatory Budgets 2026, Usaquén Living Memory Museum is a web-based museum created by Chinasky Films to recognize, preserve, and project the artistic memory of the Usaquén locality.
The project brought together more than 120 artists and selected 8 founding artists whose lives, works, and creative journeys were documented through cinematic 4K audiovisual pieces, subtitled in six languages to expand their local, national, and international reach.
At Chinasky Films, we developed the concept, audiovisual production, documentary direction, and full web museum structure, building a living archive that gives visibility to artists, strengthens cultural heritage, and creates new circulation opportunities for the creative community.

Pitch Factory
Winner of an IDARTES / Collaboratory 2025 cultural invitation, Pitch Factory is an educational and sociocultural project created by Chinasky Films to strengthen artists, filmmakers, producers, and audiovisual creators with real industry tools.
In its first edition, it reached more than 90 participants through five masterclasses with industry experts, covering screenwriting, executive production, legal aspects, cultural management, project development, and audiovisual distribution.
More than an academic space, Pitch Factory was designed as a platform for professionalization and connection: each session combined training, practical exercises, networking, project development, and a final pitch with incentives to continue advancing new creative careers.
These projects reflect our way of understanding cultural management: sociocultural processes with real impact, an audiovisual dimension, and the ability to strengthen memory, training, heritage, and creative industries.
CoCrea · private investment · tax benefit
Since 2019, we have built our own methodology to formulate, produce, and execute sociocultural projects with real impact.
We develop each initiative from the idea to final delivery: concept, narrative, budget, schedule, indicators, audiovisual production, circulation strategy, documentation, deliverables, and impact.
This experience has allowed us to win five grants and turn cultural ideas into executable, measurable, and sustainable projects
Projects Designed to Win and Be Executed Well
Private Investment for Cultural Projects That Leave a Mark
At Chinasky Films, we design sociocultural, territorial, and audiovisual projects with real impact, strategic formulation, and the ability to become concrete opportunities.
Our financing approach combines public grants, institutional partnerships, and private investment aimed at turning ideas into works, processes, and measurable results with cultural impact for communities, territories, and partners.
Culture Financed with Business Vision
CoCrea is a tax incentive route for approved cultural, creative, and heritage projects. Through this mechanism, companies and taxpayers can make cash contributions to approved projects and access a 165% deduction from the income tax base, subject to compliance with the established requirements.
For Chinasky Films, CoCrea represents a strategic opportunity to structure high-impact sociocultural projects and connect companies, institutions, and partners with initiatives capable of strengthening memory, heritage, training, communities, and creative industries.
This is not just about funding culture. It is about investing in projects that generate social value, visibility, reputation, cultural circulation, and real transformation across territories.
